Bill Heller

President, Weatherby Healthcare
Bill Heller joined Weatherby Healthcare in March 2015, bringing with him more than 16 years of healthcare staffing experience. Since joining CHG Healthcare Se

rvices in 2007, Heller has held many leadership roles, most recently as president of CHG’s travel nurse division. He has also led travel imaging and radiation therapy divisions. Heller is known for delivering exceptional service to clients and providers and his commitment to developing those around him. His vast knowledge, executive leadership expertise, innovative thinking and passion for excellence make him an integral part of the continued success of Weatherby Healthcare.


Michael DePaolis

Michael DePaolis joined Weatherby Healthcare in 2007. With more than 21 years of staffing industry experience in leadership roles across multiple, vertical ma

rkets—including healthcare, IT, and finance and accounting—he began his career with our company as a Director in the Cary, North Carolina office. DePaolis has an easy, natural rapport with people, both internally and externally, and a passion for helping them recognize their talents and develop their strengths. In his current position, he is a chief contributor to overall company strategy and operations. Results driven, DePaolis is committed to our company’s success and the advancement of his people; assisting many of them in transitioning to leadership roles.


Bev Leonard

Vice President, Weatherby Healthcare
Bev Leonard joined Weatherby Healthcare in 1999, bringing with her an impressive background in clinical settings and healthcare staffing industry experience.

Leonard is actively involved in the day-to-day leadership of our teams. She combines strategic vision and drive, and has developed a reputation for quality, integrity, and innovative thinking. Leonard’s team-building acumen and thought leadership have distinguished her as an industry expert and sought-after mentor. She has a primary role in leadership development, introducing new leaders to our culture and helping them understand the essence and core values of our company. Leonard is a certified and active member of the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) and cares deeply about the quality of patient care.


Greg Prine

Vice President, Weatherby Healthcare
Greg Prine joined Weatherby Healthcare in 2002 as a consultant. Within a short period of time, he assumed a leadership role—providing direction to a number

of sales teams—and in 2011, Prine was promoted to the role of Senior Director. A motivational leader with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, he also serves as Ethics Chair for the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations® and is committed to the highest levels of professional and personal excellence. From managing client relationships to working closely with our sister organizations and CHG Business Partner teams on company initiatives, Prine and his leadership, passion, and insight are essential to the day-to-day operation of our business and accomplishments.


Warren Wooley

Warren Wooley made Weatherby Healthcare his place of choice in 2012, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in executive leadership and organizati

onal dynamics. Additionally, Wooley possesses vast knowledge and expertise in leadership development, risk management, accounting/finance, and IT. As a Vice President, he currently oversees our Advanced Practices and Primary Care teams—as well as our Finance division—and is integral to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and influencing the direction of the company. Wooley, a Certified Public Accountant who holds an Accounting degree from Auburn University, is committed to Putting People First and serving the acute staffing needs of our clients through critical thought, integrity, and compassion.


Joanne Cretella

Joanne Cretella joined Weatherby Healthcare in March 2013. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, 14 of which were gleaned in the phy

sician staffing arena. Along with overseeing the day-to-day operations and production of our Pulmonary/Critical Care division—which, under her tutelage, has become the largest team in our Durham office—Cretella has oversight of both the Radiation Oncology and Internal Medicine Subspecialties teams. Dedicated to the delivery of Red Ribbon Service and Putting People First, she champions her teams’ success through effective relationship building, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence.


Theresa Ferraro

Theresa Ferraro began her career with Weatherby Healthcare in 1998 as a consultant. In 2003, she was promoted to a Sales Manager role and provided leadership

to a number of sales teams until becoming Director of Emergency Medicine in 2009. Ferraro’s comprehensive experiences—ranging from those common among consultants on the desk to those of a seasoned director—provide her with a unique, global perspective. Performance driven, she is acutely aware of clients and providers’ needs, and is dedicated to providing the best solutions through Red Ribbon Service. A recipient of the prestigious Don DeCamp Inspirational Leadership Award, Ferraro’s engaging leadership style and concentration on Putting People First has resulted in a team of industry experts and positive patient outcomes.


David Laderman

David Laderman joined Weatherby Healthcare in January 2010 as a Sales Manager, bringing with him a 29-year history of proven successes in the staffing industr

y verticals of accounting and finance. In less than a few short months, he was promoted to Director of our Surgery division—which includes the surgical specialties of general, vascular, orthopedic, pediatric—and he oversees the Obstetrics and Gynecology division, as well. An effective and charismatic leader, Laderman’s commitment to excellence in patient care is a passion enthusiastically shared by his people. He has developed attentive, resourceful teams who are dedicated to providing clients and providers with valuable solutions to meet their needs and goals, and bring superior healthcare to those who might otherwise go without quality medical services.


Sara Philippi

spitalist physician specialty team, which provides our clients with board certified family practice and internal medicine physicians. Philippi, who invests in her people’s success through servant leadership, is driven to continuously improve our service and provide value with every interaction. More than being proficient at assisting clients in filling a need, she is accomplished at building meaningful relationships and achieving the best matches to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.


Amy Reed

With nearly 20 years of clinical and operational experience, Amy Reed is a proven leader in the healthcare staffing industry. A confident decision maker with

strong analytical skills, she joined Weatherby in August 2013. Reed oversees our Operations division, which is comprised of 50 people in both our Durham and Fort Lauderdale offices. She is a cultivator of solid, meaningful relationships who actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement and enjoys serving as a motivator and mentor. Reed’s commitment to Putting People First and the delivery of Red Ribbon Service are the perfect complement to Weatherby Healthcare’s culture.


Sandy Vega

r culture and made the choice to stay, a decision that has paved the way for an impressive career in healthcare staffing. Widely regarded for her professional expertise and countless contributions, Vega is a subject-matter expert in medical staff credentialing and licensing. A Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), she oversees our Internal Credentialing, Quality Assurance, External Credentialing, and Licensing teams. Focused on the delivery of Red Ribbon Service, Vega has a passion for developing her people and providing meaningful solutions and support to all of our teams.


John Wagner

an a decade of leadership experience has demonstrated Woodyard’s ability to champion large projects and motivate teams successfully. Most recently, he served as a vice president in the physician permanent placement division for CompHealth, sister company of Weatherby Healthcare under the CHG Healthcare Services umbrella. There, Woodyard established himself as a thought leader and key contributor to the company’s growth and success. As someone who lives our core value of Continuous Improvement and possesses a consistent track record of impressive year-over-year growth, Woodyard is poised to deliver exceptional results at Weatherby Healthcare through strategic development.
