Pat Kennedy Group President, CHG Healthcare Services Pat Kennedy arrived at Weatherby Healthcare in 2007 with more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. Sixteen of those years were spent as a senio

r executive and member of multiple leadership and association boards. Before joining Weatherby Healthcare, Kennedy presided over the Travel Nurse Division at Supplemental Health Care in Buffalo, New York. Kennedy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University. As a group president at CHG Healthcare Services, Kennedy currently oversees all strategy and operations for Weatherby Healthcare and directs the strategic planning for Foundation Medical Staffing.

Bev Leonard Vice President, Weatherby Healthcare Beverly Leonard joined Weatherby Healthcare in 1999, bringing with her an impressive background in clinical settings. As Vice President, Leonard oversees the sa

les support teams of Operations, Medical Staff Services, Licensing and Quality Assurance. These teams concentrate on quality, efficiency and service excellence. In addition, Leonard oversees the Specialty teams of Pediatrics, Pediatric Subspecialties, Surgery, Surgery Subspecialties, Primary Care and Hospitalist. Leonard is a certified and active member of the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).

Michael DePaolis Vice President, Weatherby Healthcare Michael DePaolis currently has responsibility for the Primary Care, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine subspecialties, Oncology, Anesthesiology and Pathology teams in Fl

orida and North Carolina. DePaolis began his career at Weatherby Healthcare as a director in the Cary, North Carolina office and subsequently grew the office from 16 people to 50 people, several of whom developed into leadership roles within the company. The office has also achieved almost 300 percent revenue growth during his tenure. Prior to joining Weatherby Healthcare in 2007, DePaolis had more than 18 years of experience in the staffing industry in senior leadership positions at Acsys, Inc., Robert Half International and Interim Technology across multiple vertical markets including IT, finance and accounting and healthcare.

Theresa Ferraro Senior Director of Emergency Medicine, Weatherby Healthcare Theresa Ferraro began her career with Weatherby Healthcare almost 12 years ago as a consultant and achieved President’s Club status in her first year she was el

igible. She was subsequently awarded President’s Club status 8 times. Ferraro provided leadership to a number of sales teams until becoming Director of Emergency Medicine in 2004. Her industry expertise and strong work ethic are demonstrated in her growing the Emergency Medicine Team from 2 employees to 35 top-notch professionals. Her engaging leadership style and concentration on putting people first won her the prestigious Don DeCamp International Leadership Award in 2010.

Greg Prine Senior Director, Weatherby Healthcare Greg Prine joined Weatherby Healthcare in 2002 as a consultant and soon achieved multiple President’s Club awards. Within a short period of time, he assumed

a leadership role and provided direction to a number of sales teams. In 2011, Prine was promoted to his current role of Senior Director. He is involved in virtually every aspect of the day-to-day operations of Weatherby Healthcare, from managing client relationships to working closely with our sister organizations and CHG business partner teams on company initiatives. Prine’s exceptional teams have become strong contributors to Weatherby Healthcare’s exponential growth.

Sara Philipi Senior Director, Weatherby Healthcare Sara Philippi joined Weatherby Healthcare in 2011, bringing with her an extensive staffing and consultative background. As Senior Director, Philippi oversee

s the specialty teams of Primary Care and Hospitalists. These teams provide Weatherby Healthcare clients with board certified family practice and internal medicine physicians. Philippi has a BBA with an emphasis in management from the University of North Texas.

John Wagner Senior Director, Weatherby Healthcare John Wagner joined Weatherby Healthcare in 2008 as Director of the OB/GYN and Pediatric teams. Under his supervision, both have realized enormous success, with

40 to 60 percent year-over-year growth. In 2009, Wagner achieved President's Club status and remains part of this elite group today. In 2011, he accepted responsibility for the Surgery Subspecialty and Neurosurgery teams, both of which continue to enjoy tremendous growth—60 percent year-over-year for the Neurosurgery team alone—under his direction. Recently, Wagner assumed leadership for the Hospitalist team, partnering with Sara Philippi, Senior Director, to oversee its daily operations. A respected industry veteran with 13 years' healthcare staffing experience, he understands balancing the need for quality with the need to drive business forward.

Warren Wooley Senior Director, Weatherby Healthcare Warren Wooley made Weatherby his place of choice in 2012, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in executive leadership and organizational dynamics

. Additionally, he possesses vast knowledge and expertise in leadership development, risk management, accounting/finance and IT. As Senior Director, Warren oversees Foundation Medical Staffing, as well as Weatherby's Administrative Department, Assignment Coordinators, Business Intelligence, Payroll/Accounts Receivable, Finance, Contracts Specialist and Housing teams. Warren is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an Accounting degree from Auburn University in Alabama.
