Kennedy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University. As a group president at CHG Healthcare Services, Kennedy currently oversees all strategy and operations for Weatherby Healthcare and directs the strategic planning for Foundation Medical Staffing.

DePaolis began his career at Weatherby Healthcare as a director in the Cary, North Carolina office and subsequently grew the office from 16 people to 50 people, several of whom developed into leadership roles within the company. The office has also achieved almost 300 percent revenue growth during his tenure.
Prior to joining Weatherby Healthcare in 2007, DePaolis had more than 18 years of experience in the staffing industry in senior leadership positions at Acsys, Inc., Robert Half International and Interim Technology across multiple vertical markets including IT, finance and accounting and healthcare.

Warren is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an Accounting degree from Auburn University in Alabama.
